Creator Program Terms v2

Effective October 27, 2026 These terms cover the Motions Creator Program (the "Program"), run by Rip Build, Inc., the company that makes Motions ("Motions", "we", "us"). By applying or taking part, you agree to these terms, the Likeness and Content Release, the Payment Terms and the Privacy Notice. 1. Who can join • You must be at least 13 years old. • If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must give consent before your application is reviewed. They verify their own phone number and sign for you, and they receive your payouts. • You need a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam. Program clips are filmed on a computer, not on a phone or tablet. • One account per person. The information in your application must be true and your own. • Joining is up to us. We may accept or decline any application. 2. How it works • You play Motions games from your Program dashboard. When a round ends, the game records a clip of the gameplay, your camera and your microphone, makes a version sped up to 1.5×, and uploads both to Motions for review. • You can withdraw a clip from the end screen or your dashboard until it has been reviewed. • A clip whose 1.5× version is shorter than the minimum length shown on the site (currently 18 seconds) is still uploaded but is automatically not approved. 3. Review and approval • We review every clip and decide whether to approve it, in our sole judgment. We publish the main approval and rejection guidelines on the site, but they are not a complete list. • Approved clips are paid as described in the Payment Terms. Rejected, withdrawn or auto-denied clips are not paid. • Daily limits apply to approved clips (they depend on your level and are shown on your dashboard). Once a day's limit is reached, that day's remaining clips are closed without payment. 4. Your conduct You agree to: • play in a safe, clear space and stop if you feel unwell. Motions games are physical; you take part at your own risk and are responsible for your surroundings. • only submit clips recorded by the game in the Program, without editing, cropping, filters or anything added. • not submit the same clip twice or try to get around limits, reviews or the device requirement. • keep other people (especially anyone who has not agreed to appear) out of your clips, and not show personal information, offensive content or anything you don't have the right to share. • not use bots, scripts, or anyone else's account. 5. Your relationship with us You take part as an independent participant, not as an employee, contractor for hours, or agent of Motions. Nothing here guarantees any amount of work, approvals or income. 6. Ending participation • You can stop at any time, and you can delete your account from your dashboard settings. • A parent or guardian can withdraw consent at any time from their parent page, which freezes the account. • We may pause or end your participation, or hold payment for clips under review, if you break these terms, if we suspect fraud, or if we end the Program. Approved, unpaid earnings for clips that followed these terms will still be paid. 7. Changes We may update the Program, rates, limits or these terms. We will post changes on the site; new versions apply to clips submitted after they are posted. If a change requires a new signature, we will ask you before you continue. 8. Disclaimers and limits The Program and games are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Motions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you relating to the Program is limited to the amounts we owe you for approved clips. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived. 9. Contact Questions about these terms: avron@motions.fun.

Likeness and Content Release v2

Effective October 27, 2026 This release covers the clips you submit to the Motions Creator Program. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian gives this release on your behalf, and "you" includes them. 1. What you give us For every clip you submit, you give Rip Build, Inc. ("Motions") a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable (except as described in section 4) right to use, copy, edit, trim, speed up or slow down, crop, caption, add music or graphics to, combine with other content, publish and distribute the clip, in any media now known or later developed, to promote Motions and its games. This includes social media (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X), websites, apps, ads and press. 2. Your likeness This includes your face, body, movements, voice and reactions in the clip. We may show your Motions username or social handle with a clip. We will not show your full name, age, school, city or contact details without asking you first. 3. Payment The per-clip payment and any bonuses described in the Payment Terms are the full payment for these rights. You will not receive royalties or further payment based on views, use or results. 4. Withdrawing • You can withdraw a clip before it is reviewed, and it will not be used. • If you delete your account, or a parent or guardian withdraws consent, we stop using your clips in new posts and mark them do-not-use. Content that has already been published may stay where it is, but we will take it down on request where we reasonably can. 5. Your promises You confirm that the clip was recorded by the game in the Program, that you have the right to give this release, and that anyone else who appears in it has agreed to appear. 6. Ownership Motions owns the edited content it makes from your clips. You keep the right to share your own end-of-round clips on your own accounts.

Payment Terms v2

Effective October 27, 2026 1. What you earn • Each approved clip earns the per-clip rate shown on the site when the clip is approved (currently $1.00). • Bonuses, if any are offered, are shown on the site. • Clips that are rejected, withdrawn, auto-denied for length, or closed because a daily limit was reached are not paid. 2. Daily limits Approved clips are capped per day by level: New creators currently up to 40 a day; Proven creators (after 20 approved clips) up to 60 a day; Top creators, set by us, up to 100 a day. You can send more clips than the limit so that rejections don't stop you reaching it. Your level and today's numbers are on your dashboard. 3. How and when you're paid • Payouts are sent weekly, by hand, through Apple Cash, PayPal or Venmo, to the account you give us in your settings. • If you are under 18, payouts go to your parent or guardian's account, not yours. • We can't pay until valid payout details are on file; unpaid earnings carry over to the next week. • Payment details you give must be correct. We are not responsible for payments sent to the details you gave us. 4. Taxes • You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. • Before a payee's total for the year reaches the reporting threshold (currently $600), we will ask for a tax form (such as a W-9). Payouts that would go over the threshold are held until we have it. • We may issue tax forms (such as a 1099) as required by law. 5. Corrections If we pay something by mistake, or a clip is later found to break the Program Terms, we may correct it by adjusting future payouts. We will tell you if we do. 6. Changes We may change rates, bonuses or limits. Changes apply from when they are posted on the site; clips already approved are paid at the rate that applied when they were approved.

We do not sell your personal information. 4. How long we keep it We keep your information while you take part and as long as needed afterwards for payments, tax and legal records.
